By the Window

This photo I recently submitted to the B & W portrait contest in Photocrowd.

Almost 1500 photos entered and I am very pleased to be in the top 25%, especially

with so many great images and really talented Photographers; it was a nice achievement.

The portrait was shot in my small home studio, taken by a big window only using natural light and a reflector. I feel it gave the timeless quality that I really like, almost a classic movie star look.
